AETech is a limited Corporation that comes
from a politics of valorisation of the development
of the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC).
AETech is specialized in the domain of the non destructive
control by acoustic emission.
AETech
has for principal mission the non destructive control by acoustic emission,
the diagnosis and the expertise in the domain of the materials, structures and
industrial maintenance.
The
creation of AETech

 |
The
project creation
of AETech , carried
by Salim
BENMEDAKHENE, was
winner of the 2nd
and 3rd national
competition of
assistance to the creation of businesses of
innovating technologies layed out by the Ministry
of the National education, Research and Technology
and ANVAR.
At the origin of this project, many researches carried out in the framework
of research program in collaboration with the national agency for research valorisation
"ANVAR" and in PhD theses at UTC (A.
Laksimi & S. Benmedakhene)
allowed us to develop an approach for the control of materials and industrial
structures by acoustic emission and in particular metallic and composite structures. |
 |
|
 |

This new approach based on an original signal processing and an expertise
in materials was validated through industrial projects:
 |
• Two ANVAR research projects on
the domain of the damage analyses of the composite structures under complex
loadings, and on the development of methodologies for identification and
control of damage in the composite materials by acoustic emission. |
 |
 |
 |
• Four PhD theses at UTC on the non destructive
Control by acoustic emission used in the metallic or composite structures
for the aeronautic and the rail industries. |
 |
 |
 |
•
Contracts and Industrial projects:
RENAULT, TECHNIP-COFLEXIP, PEGUFORM, VALEO, SNECMA, ALLIBERT... |
10 years of experience
in the domain of the materials, structures and non destructive control by acoustic
emission .
AETech
is the new structure that follows commercial activities, raised at the origin
by the UTC and ANVAR. Our experience in the domain of the materials, structures
and non destructive control by acoustic emission, since up to 10 years is widely
proved and referred.
The evolution of the normative constraints in the environment and safety domains
of the industrial plants does widely call to the non destructive control techniques
and in particular to the acoustic emission. In fact, in the program of the European
politics on the environnement, the application of the non destructive testing
"NDT" by acoustic emission perfectly answers to the new requirements of the
European directive, for example in the domain of the equipments under pressure « DESP
97/23/CE ». |
